Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers paid services on auroramentors.com, operated by Aneesh Mohan (India). Payments are processed by Razorpay in INR.

Mentor sessions

  • Cancellation by you: request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Within 24 hours, refunds are at our discretion.
  • Mentor no-show or cancellation: if a mentor fails to attend or cancels, you receive a full refund or a free re-booking.
  • Slot already taken: in the rare case a slot is double-booked, the later payment is fully refunded.
  • Quality issues: if a session genuinely didn't happen as described, contact us within 48 hours and we'll review it case by case.

Contact unlock

Booking a session unlocks the mentor's contact details. Because this delivers value immediately, refund requests are assessed fairly against whether the session itself took place.

Webinars

Webinar registration is currently free, so no payment or refund applies.

How to request a refund

Email hello@auroramentors.com from your account email with your booking details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
